My name is Jamie Chmielowiec, and I am the owner and sole inspector of A Basic Home Inspection LLC, License #39427. I have been inspecting homes across Tucson and the surrounding areas since 2003. I am certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors® (InterNACHI®) and follow the Arizona State Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics for every inspection.
