About Us
Mission Statement - Our mission at ABHI to provide buyers and sellers in Southern Arizona with direct access to certified home inspectors with a high level of ongoing education and experience. It is of utmost importance to us that our clients’ needs always come first; they are informed of the condition of their residence during the inspection process; and their experience proceeds as smoothly as possible.
Personalized Approach
Our inspectors communicate clearly and spend time with you during the inspection recap to discuss any item of concern. They are patient and will take extra time to thoroughly explain the inspection and answer client’s questions. Our inspectors pay attention to detail providing quality inspections that often exceed state standards. The buyer will have a clear understanding of any major defects and are sure to appreciate the high level of service.
Thorough Reporting
A Basic Home Inspection uses the latest software to provide a comprehensive Inspection report. We use full narratives to describe all conditions, we do not use "check box" reports. The 3-D computer-generated home inspection reports are delivered electronically within 24 hours and include color photos to illustrate the condition of a home; all reports are easy to understand.
